Ella Pritsker Couture offers domestic shipping only at this time.
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays. Please note that we only use USPS for P.O. Boxes.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 P.M. (EST) will be shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. (EST) or holiday will begin processing the next business day. You will be contacted by one of our customer care representatives if any kind of problem has arisen with your order or payment.

- Free shipping for all orders over $125.00
Delivery Methods:
- UPS ground: delivery occurs in 3 to 7 business days
- UPS 3 day select: delivery is guaranteed in 3 business days
- UPS 2 day: delivery is guaranteed in 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: delivery is guaranteed in the next business day
